As an Analyst in the US Rates Strategy team, you will contribute to research and reporting, collaborate with economists and strategists, and engage with clients to communicate research findings. Your work will support strategic initiatives and trade idea generation in the US interest rate markets. Job responsibilities: Write and produce regular research reports, including flagship publications and special topic notes. Collaborate with economists and strategists to develop forecasts and articulate market views. Build and enhance analytical frameworks and datasets to support strategic initiatives. Engage with internal sales and trading teams, as well as external institutional clients. Contribute to trade idea generation by utilizing valuation frameworks and anticipating market catalysts. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for specializations in economics, finance, or data science. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and manage multiple tasks. 1-2 years of experience in rates or macro markets.
