0021\n\n MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST \n\nDESCRIPTION:\n\nJob Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS/MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)\nShift: 12hours/Days\nSetting: Inpatient/Outpatient\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\nMLS (MT) or MLT certification required.\n\nCertification by ASCP, NCA, or equivalent required (must be listed on profile).\n\nBLS certification required.\n\nMinimum 2 years of recent laboratory experience.\n\nExperience with blood bank testing strongly preferred.\n\nProficiency with Dimension EXL analyzers highly desirable.\n\nStrong phlebotomy, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.\n\nAbility to adapt quickly and work independently under pressure.\n\nSchedule:\n\nDay shift (no weekends).\n\nOn-call rotation required: 10–12 shifts per month with call-back, including shared weekends.
