This is a 6 month contract during the Annual and Open Enrollment period that is 100% remote. It is an hourly + commission position, we pay weekly and there is opportunity for overtime pay as well.
Responsibilities:
Working in a high-volume call center environment handling inbound Medicare Sales calls.
Qualifying prospective members to determine if the Medicare Advantage plan meets their needs.
Enroll prospective members in the Medicare Advantage plan and work with current the Medicare Advantage members on making a change during the Annual Enrollment Period and the Open Enrollment Period.
Document all calls in the CRM system (Salesforce).
Continuous multi-tasking with multiple programs and screens.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of Medicare and/or commercial sales experience required.
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, direct selling or telemarketing sales preferred. Health related experience preferred.
Experience with a computer-based documentation system or customer relationship management (CRM) software required. (Salesforce)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products required.
Start 8/4 w/ 3 weeks of training. In production & on the phones starting approximately 9/8.
40 hours/week. Operating hours are 8AM – 8PM EST, 7 days a week starting October 1st .
Required to work some weekends (will rotate).
Shifts are 8 hours with some mandatory overtime and optional overtime determined by management based on business need. (example nights and weekends)
Must be available, with no time off requests, starting 8/4, during 3 weeks of training.
