This Sales And Marketing Assistant Position Features:

Candidate will primarily assist the sales and marketing deparment but will also float between departments answering phones and entering Invoices and matching PO's.
The Sales & Marketing Assistant will be supporting the Sales Team by providing administrative support and managing enquirers from distributors and Clients. Monitoring and crating content for Social Media platforms and Website.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day sales enquirers from distributors and clients –, prices, literature, quotes, processing purchase orders.
• Assist with marketing plan–website, SEO, social media, advertising, PR distribution
• Good time management and planning skills
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail
• Able to work individually as well as part of a team
