Job Summary:
We’re looking for a professional and welcoming Hostess to be the face of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression as the face of the restaurant
· Manage seating chart, reservations, and overall table and floor flow
· Handle reservations by phone and in person with professionalism and accuracy
· Coordinate seating to support service efficiency and guest satisfaction
· Taking and processing room service orders when
· Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen to ensure smooth operations
· Be a strong team player and provide support wherever needed
· Maintain a professional, polished appearance at all times
· Ability to speak Chinese is a strong plus, as we are located in a Chinese neighborhood
Requirements:
· 1 year experience in a high-volume restaurant
· Reliable, professional, and personable
· Strong communication and guest service skills
· Must be a team player and work well with others
