Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Assistant

Location: Onsite – South Tampa, Florida
Pay: $15–$18 per hour
Hours: ~10 hours/week | Flexible schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

We are a fast-paced, high-end plastic surgery practice in South Tampa seeking a creative, reliable, and motivated part-time Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a marketing or communications student looking to gain hands-on experience in the medical aesthetics industry.

You will support our marketing efforts by capturing and producing content (photos, videos, and stories), creating and scheduling social media posts, and assisting with basic digital marketing tasks. Comfort around aesthetic medical procedures such as injectables and minor surgeries is essential, as you'll often be present during treatments to capture content.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content of procedures and behind-the-scenes office activity
• Assist in content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Draft creative and engaging captions tailored to our brand voice
• Help manage content calendar and posting schedule
• Monitor social engagement and provide insight into trending content
• Support general marketing tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
• Skilled in photography and video content creation
• Comfortable working in a clinical environment
• Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented
• Familiar with social media trends and best practices
• Strong time management and communication skills

• Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent
• Expected Hours: ~10 hours/week (flexible based on class schedule)
