Hourly Pay: DOE, average offer $20/hr + bonuses, potential overall salary $50k all combined

Hours Open: 5:30am-9pm Mondays thru Sunday

Hours expected to work: 32/hr in shop and 8 hrs admin work

Benefits: 401k, paid time off, vision, dental, health benefits

Bonuses: potential $1k bonus per month, $4.50/hr added to hourly, example: $24.50/hr potentially

Job Description:

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that we provide the best drive-thru beverage experience on the planet for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed
  • Hire, train, and motivate a young and energetic staff to provide exceptional service to our customers
  • Communicate daily with the Regional Manager, working to ensure your store is on track, strategizing for growth, and implementing company strategies
  • Create a fun and positive working environment that promotes teamwork
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
  • Ensure that the store is always clean and well-maintained
  • Develop and execute strategic and operational plans for your store
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability

Skills You’ll Need:

  • At least 1 year Management experience, overseeing one or more stores, branches or departments
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-service focused role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food and beverage industry experience, preferably in coffee
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a young team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Possess a servant leadership mentality
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
