Administrative Manager to $150K - Work for a Leading Firm!

Our client, a leading executive search firm, is seeking an Administrative Manager to lead busy administrative teams! In this role, the Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations at two different office locations. The qualified candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a professional services industry and has proven team management experience.

Position Details:

  • Responsibilities include acting as a demonstrated leader to about 30 administrators; evaluating and managing the performance of the administrative team and providing performance feedback; managing and driving all aspects of the recruiting process of administrative staff; facilitating and overseeing onboarding and offboarding; allocating administrative resources; maintaining facilities; reviewing vendor relationships; performing PPP responsibilities; and more.
  • The ideal candidate will have highly effective supervisory skills, strong organizational skills, and is team-oriented with an ability to work with others and foster a collaborative environment.
