Minimum Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited or state-approved school of practical nursing.
* Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care setting (home healthcare experience preferred).
* Successful completion of NAPNES or equivalent medication exam.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
