\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
\n• Night shifts with every other weekend requirement
\n• Weekend shifts are Friday/Saturday for nights and Saturday/Sunday for days
\n• 4 weekend shifts required in a 4-week schedule
\n• Holiday requirements: 1 major and 1 minor minimum
\n• Patient ratios: 1:4 telemetry patients or 1:5 medical/surgical patients
\n• Must be comfortable with post-surgical patients including bariatrics and total joints
\n• Care for patients with acute/chronic medical conditions, stroke patients, and potential oncology patients
\n• Monitor non-titratable drips including set rate Cardizem, Amiodarone, and Heparin
\n• Must be able to read and interpret all cardiac rhythms using GE monitors
\n• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
\n• Cerner experience preferred
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NIHSS
\n• First priority to float to other medical/surgical telemetry units, ICU, or emergency department
\n• May float to Mercy Downtown location (approximately 6.5 miles away)
\n• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs with navy, white, or black undershirts
\n• No call required but may be placed on standby with 30-minute response time
\n• 1-2 shift orientation with preceptor
\n• Must participate in bedside shift reports and hourly rounding
\n• Fast-paced unit with high admission and discharge volume
\n• Strict attendance policy - punctuality required
