Job Description & RequirementsVNA RN - Home Based Skilled Nursing (Very Similar to Hospice but Patient is Expected to Improve Rather Than Expire at End of Care), Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm) (40 Hrs. per Week), 4-5x Location Visits / Day, Could go Into Homes, LTC, ALFs, Must Have at Least 1 Yr. of SNF Experience (Prefer Home Health Experience), Coverage Area is Natick-Framingham.
** First 2 Weeks (Orientation) will be $2,478.00 Gross ($974.00 Taxable & $1,504.00 Tax-Free) **
