GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Los Angeles, California.

Start Dates: 12/10 or 12/17
Orientation Dates: 12/10 or 12/17

***Takes Two Weeks to Credential***
Check start dates must be 2+ weeks out for credentialing (10 business days)

• 13-week contract
• 5 x 8 ’s
• Shift: Days
• Works 40 hours a week
• Works every other weekend.
• Please speak to the candidate about punctuality as this is a city with heavy traffic (MUST be on time; poor attendance or tardiness will be subject to termination)
• Patient ratios (if known): 1:4
• Float Requirements: Maybe assigned for an off-site location within 10 miles radios from the medical center one week at a time
• Is RTO Accepted? What is the Max:
• Up to 4 days max RTO approved
• On-Call Requirement? NO
• Certs: BLS, LA County Fire Card
• License: Active CA RN License
• If CA License is expired, it will need to be renewed
• If applying for CA License, please call the Senators office to expediate the application.

 

Experience:

• Required Work Experience: 2 years of Case Manager experience
• will accept inpatient and ER experience
• Excellent and clear communication skillset required
• Hospital needs clear and meaningful communicators to improve their outcomes
• Travel Experience not required
• Will accept local travelers

Weekly Travelers Stipend: $1,939/week\n\nOverview:\nFacility size: 492 bed facility\nScrub Color Requirement: Royal Blue or Navy Blue\nPPE: Fully Provided – fit test can be done on site\nParking: All facilities have parking on site\nPay Cycle: Sunday – Saturday\nEMR: Epic – Facility utilizes Epic specific to their facility\nCase types:\n\n \nCase management\nHeavy workload (travelers typically receive a heavier load than the perm staff)\nInpatient
