Job Description Supplemental Health Care is seeking LPNs in Thomaston, Georgia with prior OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits experience for contract assignments with a partnering home health agency. Local or travel, we want to connect you with assignments that fuel the miracles within your life.
Home Health Nurse Contract Details - $1,440 - $1,594 per week*
- 13-week contract
- SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
- LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
- Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
- Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with Medicare Certified Agency

Requirements - Medicare Certified Agency Experience
- Electronic Charting experience
- Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
- Current Georgia Nursing License
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
