As Sr Product Manager, you'll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of the most exciting parts of the Fanatics business, driving growth, engagement, and a best-in-class shopping experience for collectors and superfans alike.
What You'll Do - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from idea to launch and beyond.
- Define and execute the product vision to deliver measurable business impact.
- Use data, customer insights, and experimentation to improve conversion and engagement.
- Partner closely with design, engineering, and marketing to craft seamless desktop and mobile experiences.
- Track KPIs and learn fast through A/B testing and rapid iteration.
- Stay ahead of eCommerce and sports trends to keep Fanatics Authentic at the forefront of fan innovation.
What We're Looking For - 4+ years of product management experience in eCommerce or consumer digital products .
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering impact in agile environments.
- Passion for sports, fandom, and building amazing customer experiences.
- BA/BS required; MBA a plus.
Where You'll Work and What's required: - Based in our Miramar, FL office
- Hybrid schedule - 2 days remote and 3 days in office
