To be decided alongside recruiter, at a later time. Amazon Studios is seeking a strategic leader to head our Creative Content Production team, who bring our stories to life through visual content. This centralized team serves as the unified force behind physical content capture for Amazon Studios, working from creative inception through final delivery.

As Sr. Lead of Creative Content Production for Original Series you'll lead a team of producers who serve as the primary liaison between show production and cross-functional partners. Your team will be responsible for streamlining content capture, ensuring creative continuity, and delivering high-quality assets that support global campaign strategies. From tentpole productions to portfolio priorities, you'll oversee the Studio’s processes for the creation of unit photography, gallery shoots, behind-the-scenes content, EPK interviews and AV materials. This role requires occasional travel and the ability to adapt to dynamic production demands.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead the centralized content capture team supporting all Amazon MGM Studios partners for Original Series
- Manage a team of 10+ producers overseeing AV and photo capture. Monitor upcoming production schedules; create producer assignments and schedules.
- Drive holistic production strategies from project greenlight through release
- Oversee producer team working directly with brand, creative, social, publicity, post-production, filmmakers and talent
- Manage creative continuity across all captured content
- Optimize internal producer workflows to minimize production impact and reduce duplicate efforts
- Guide resource allocation and budget management across multiple productions. Track capture metrics and work wholistically to drive team efficiencies. Present team budgets and forward-looking developments to senior studios leadership.
- Foster innovation in content capture approaches and team structure

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 12+ years experience in creative production, including photography and AV
- Proven track record of team management, leadership and development
- Experience managing complex production schedules and budgets
- A portfolio of work
