Responsibilities

• Develop the vision and strategy for the RMN product suite, ensuring it provides retailers and their customers with the best possible instore experience.
• Define and execute a product roadmap in collaboration with leadership, driving new features and enhancements.
• Partner with customers to understand their pain points, scope user stories, and iterate on solutions that meet their goals.
• Work closely with engineering and external vendors to build, test, and enhance RMN products, managing technical requirements, timelines, and quality execution.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to align solutions with customer needs.
• Lead gotomarket strategy for new RMN offerings, ensuring smooth adoption across customers.
• Monitor product usage and impact, using datadriven insights to refine and evolve the product suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (engineering, computer science, operations).
• 68 years of product management experience, preferably in advertising technology, digitaloutofhome (DOOH), or retail media.
• Strong technical acumen with an ability to understand software systems, API integrations, and data modeling.
• Customeroriented mindset with deep empathy for endusers and a passion for solving problems.
• Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex discussions and present succinct product specs to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to balance shortterm wins with longterm product vision.
• Selfstarter, team player thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with retail media tech stacks, including order management, POS data management, and online RMN offerings.
• Familiarity with the advertising data ecosystem, data marketplaces, and attribution solutions.
