Position Title: Senior Analyst, Strategy & Analytics 

​Salary: $115,000-$125,000

Job Summary

The E15 Sr. Analyst serves as a dedicated strategic and analytical resource for the Restaurant Associates sector of Compass Group. In this role, you would act as a dedicated consultant coordinating projects and analyzing data to uncover opportunities to drive customer satisfaction and profit, recommend strategic solutions, and support business growth. This role will often work on multiple projects at once and take part in scoping projects, running analyses, and presenting findings.

Some of the core responsibilities of this role are: 

• Overseeing the execution of projects to understand impact and scalability.
• Identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and profit through data-driven analyses
• Completing ad hoc analyses that provide key insights and potential action items 
• Conduct market research and analysis for the identification of growth opportunities for the sector
• Partnering with other Compass departments to define project plans

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in business analytics, economics, finance, statistics, or a related field 
• 3 years work experience in an analytical role
• Professional knowledge or experience of the following
• Expertise in Excel modeling and financial business modeling are strongly preferred
• Data visualization (Tableau or PowerBI preferred) 
• SQL
• Attention to detail and project management
• Enthusiasm for testing new things and innovating
• Great work ethic with a strong sense of urgency to support teammates and clients
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Travel- 0-10%
