Microchip USA is seeking a Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing performance data across various paid platforms to make data-driven decisions that optimize or improve marketing strategies. You will be responsible for creating new campaigns and maintaining them on a daily basis. You will collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to create content for the paid platforms. Our ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, a passion for data analysis, innovative thinking abilities, and professional communication skills. They should also enjoy working in an office environment and interacting with other team members .

Duties and Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain search engine marketing and paid social media campaigns. 
• Track, report, and analyze campaign(s) performance across platforms. 
• Perform A/B Tests to improve and optimize paid marketing efforts. 
• Optimize copy on ad material and website pages. 
• Maintain and optimize email marketing efforts. 
• Implement innovative marketing strategies. 
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Required
  
  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive
  • Bachelor's Degree Completed
  • 1 Year Paid Social Platforms Experience: LinkedIn, Meta Platforms, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
  • 1 Year Paid Ads Experience: GoogleAds, MicrosoftAds
  • 1 Year Email Marketing Experience
  • Data Management Experience
  • CRM Experience

• Preferred
  • Knowledge of Google Search Engine, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor
  • Prior SEO Knowledge
  • Degree in Related Field
  • Experience with Automations
  • Experience with ZoomInfo
  • Experience with Zoho One
  • Experince with Zapier
  • Experience with Adobe Suites or Affinity
