Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Salary Range: $55,000–$60,000/year
Location: Green Bay
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site

Are you a proactive, tech-savvy communicator who thrives on organization, creativity, and customer engagement? We're looking for a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving customer success and digital marketing initiatives.This role bridges internal sales support, marketing coordination, and customer communication—especially for our proprietary dispensing systems under the PROvider and WPI brands. You’ll help bring products to life through digital marketing efforts, sample management, customer presentations, and visual content creation. What You’ll Do:

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers using our proprietary dispenser products.

• Coordinate sample requests and inspect custom-built samples before shipment.

• Respond to customer inquiries about product specs, lead times, pricing, availability, and order status.

• Create visual renderings by placing logos/artwork on product images and preparing presentations.

• Support marketing content creation: brochures, datasheets, website content, email campaigns, and case studies.

• Help manage our digital presence including LinkedIn, Facebook, website updates, and virtual demos.

• Provide coordination support for trade shows and industry-specific campaigns.

• Assist the sales team with market research, competitive analysis, and outreach efforts.

• Partner with production on new SKU approvals and artwork for product layouts.

• Attend customer visits (virtual or in-person) to discuss dispenser functionality and options.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and quality guidelines.

• Step in on additional projects or initiatives as needed.

What You Bring:

• Associate degree (AAS or AS required); Bachelor's preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in sales or digital marketing coordination.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus), Microsoft Office, and Adobe design tools.

• Basic understanding of plastic injection molding and technical products is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines.

• Experience with ERP systems (IQMS, SAP, Epicor, etc.) preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• A positive, solution-focused mindset and willingness to collaborate across departments.
