Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages.
Provide timely support and assistance before, during, and after travel.
Resolve booking issues and offer suitable travel solutions.
Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and supplier updates.
Maintain accurate client records, invoices, and proposals.
Participate in optional team meetings and virtual training sessions.
