Title: TS/SCI Cyber Program Manager

Location: onsite at JBSA-Lackland in San Antonio, TX 78236

Duration: 6-month contract-to-permanent

Pay Rate: $60-65/hour (depending on experience)

Must Haves:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or other related field
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, concepts, and best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., DoD 8140, DoD 8570.01-M, AFMAN 33-285).

Plusses:

• CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional
• CISM: Certified Information Security Manager
• CISA: Certified Information Systems Auditor
• CompTIA Security+

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager with a Cybersecurity background to join a rapidly growing DoD client in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the A&A process, ensuring compliance with DoD and Air Force policies.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security controls for assigned systems/applications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for security-related issues within their assigned systems/applications.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for all personnel.

IG Consultants: While on contract, you will be an Insight Global employee working for a particular company/end client on W2.

• Pay Day: You will be paid out each Friday and one week in arrears. This means you will receive payment for this week’s hours next Friday.
• Holidays/Time Off: While a consultant through Insight Global, the hours you work are they hours you will be paid. We do not offer paid sick days, paid time off, or paid holidays, except as required by applicable law.
