Role Overview: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate to play a key role in our investment and portfolio management activities. This position will allow for the associate to be charged as deal captain and provide substantial interaction with senior investment professionals and important stakeholders within our portfolio companies. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with senior team members to identify, manage, and assess new investment opportunities.
• Developing detailed financial models, including conducting valuation and financial analysis.
• Leading transaction due diligence efforts and liaising with external advisors.
• Supporting the preparation of investment materials for Investment Committee review.
• Delivering strategic and operational support to portfolio companies, including initiatives focused on revenue and EBITDA growth, financial reporting, and potential add-on acquisitions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank or consulting firm.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and in PowerPoint.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to and excel within our firm's culture.
• Outstanding communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience in managing third-party advisors and stakeholders in high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently while understanding when to seek guidance from others.
