The Talent Mine is recruiting for a Power BI Developer with experience in Scrum leadership, for an immediate role in our client’s facility in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation:

* TOTAL COMPENSATION = $154,600- $178,670, broken down as follows:

* Base salary range – $110,000 - $120,000

* Annual ROA and Profit Sharing multipliers (ROA = 25.5% 10 year average and Profit Sharing = 12% 7-year average)

Overview:

This position will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to create engaging dashboards and reports, assisting the team to prioritize backlogs and manage team tasks, as well as championing and improving how BI tools are used throughout the organization.

This is a hybrid position working 3-4 days a week in-office in one of these locations:

• Phoenix, AZ (preferred)
• Huntsville, AL / Chattanooga, TN metro areas
• Northeastern NE region
• Northeastern TX region

The most qualified candidates will strongly resemble the following:

• 4+ years of experience developing, deploying, and managing Power BI reports.
• 2+ years in a senior or leadership role within a Scrum team.
• Experience working within Microsoft DevOps and the principles of Scrum.
• Experience refining, prioritizing, and managing a Scrum backlog.
• Experience collecting requirements from business users and breaking those requirements down into manageable, trackable tasks.
• Experience conducting group or individual training sessions,
• Willing to travel domestically from time to time to satisfy team, project, or training demands.
• Familiar with data management tools such as Databricks Unity Catalog or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
