We are currently seeking a Power BI Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

"Job Duties: Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that deliver actionable business insights. The role focuses on transforming curated data into high-quality visual analytics, working closely with data engineers and business stakeholders.
This role suits someone with strong Power BI fundamentals who can independently deliver reporting solutions within an Agile environment.

Experience Requirements
•    Total Experience: 3–6 years in BI / analytics roles
•    Relevant Power BI Experience: 2–4+ years hands-on

Key Responsibilities
•    Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards
•    Build and maintain semantic models and datasets
•    Write and optimize DAX calculations and measures
•    Implement row-level security (RLS) where required
•    Ensure reports meet performance, usability, and visual standards
•    Validate data accuracy and work with data engineers to resolve issues
•    Support UAT and business sign-off
•    Maintain report documentation and usage guidelines

Minimum Skills Required: Required Skills
•    Strong hands-on experience with:
o    Power BI Desktop & Service
o    DAX and Power Query
•    Solid understanding of data modeling for analytics
•    Experience connecting Power BI to data warehouses or cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
•    Familiarity with BI best practices and visualization principles
•    Strong communication skills to translate requirements into insights

•    Experience with insurance, finance, or regulated industries
•    Exposure to Azure or Microsoft Fabric
•    Power BI certification
•    Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams"
