Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a fast-growing pharmaceutical company who is hiring for an R&D PDM Assistant. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, working onsite in Wilson, NC. The ideal candidate has 12 years of analytical laboratory experience, strong knowledge of GMP/GLP, and attention to detail in regulated environments.

Responsibilities:

1. Support analytical method transfer, validation, and USP verification studies in accordance with ICH and USP guidelines.
2. Conduct USP compendial testing (e.g., assay, dissolution, content uniformity, identification).
3. Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and support investigations and root cause analysis.
4. Assist with equipment qualification, lab start-up activities, SOP development, and compliance with GMP and GLP standards.
5. Participate in laboratory audits, ensuring readiness and adherence to quality and safety standards.
6. Support implementation of Lab 5S principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Biochemistry, or related field.
2. 12 years of analytical laboratory experience in a regulated industry (pharma, healthcare, manufacturing).
3. Familiarity with GMP, GLP, GDP, and USP standards.
4. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
5. Experience with chromatography, mass spectrometry, or raw material testing preferred.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across multifunctional teams.
