VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Podiatry.

• Description: Start Date: January 2026Monday through Friday clinic hoursLocation: Few different clinics within San Mateo and Redwood City areas.Reason for coverage: high volume of podiatry patients/needCoverage Needed: PRN as needed. No guaranteed amount of work so open to seeing who is interested and what they can offer coverage-wise.Patients seen per day: Current podiatrists are averaging 20 per day. How long are new vs. follow-up appointments? 15 minutes for both typicallyEMR: EpicRequirements: Don t need to be operative. Not a requirement. At least 1 year experience. Types of cases: General podiatry Diabetic footcareIs there an in-office x-ray orthotics lab or wound care center? One of the clinics has X-ray that is part of the facility on separate floor.Support Staff/Resources: One Medical Assistant. Interpretation devices available.Is there another podiatrist onsite during the shift? Just one. This provider would be solo during shifts worked at that location.Credentialing timeline: 6-8 weeksBill Rate All-Inclusive: NOWilling to license: NO Shift Info: Day 3x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00
