DESCRIPTION:

Warehouse Associate some responsibilities include but not limited to storing materials, picking, packing, palletizing orders, and data entry.

We're really looking for candidates who:

• Are comfortable with and capable of performing labor-intensive picking and packing for most of their shift.
• Have solid, demonstrated experience using RF scanners and WMS systems.
• Proficient in computer skills, Excel, and WMS systems, and understand that the role involves significant hands-on work.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

· Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)

· Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.

· Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.

· Report any discrepancies.

· Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.

· Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

· Remove boxes from pallets and set them in designated work area.

· Re-palletize units and move the material to assigned areas.

· Basic computer skills

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

· A high school qualification or equivalent is preferred.

· Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills

· Good English verbal and written communication skills and bilingual

· Good organization skills and attention to detail

· Must be able to lift 25lbs-75lbs.

· Forklift experience (with license) is a plus

· Excel : Basic knowledge

· Ability to use a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA)

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS EXCEL TEST, E-Verify, Background check, & Drugscreen

Work Shift: M-F 8:30am – 5:00pm
