Our Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the friendly faces behind the wheel of our iconic brown trucks, delivering packages of all shapes and sizes to homes and businesses in your community and beyond. Your Responsibilities

As a Casual Package Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for:

• Safely delivering packages to customers with a smile.
• Maintaining excellent customer service and driving skills.
• Complying with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform.

What You Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required; license type varies by state).
• The ability to pass the DOT physical.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.

Working Conditions

As a full-time Casual Package Delivery Driver, you can expect:

• Workdays that vary between Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday, depending on business needs.
• Shifts lasting between eight to ten hours each day.

Note: This is a seasonal role, which can be a fantastic starting point at UPS. Many seasonal employees transition into permanent positions, enjoying an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including:

• $0 healthcare premiums.
• Up to seven weeks of paid vacation.
• Paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
• Contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.

Base Pay: $23.00/hour
