Job Description:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. Your focus will be on selling premium automotive oils and lubricants to auto repair shops, dealerships, and parts retailers in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your territory.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers.
• Conduct product presentations, highlight key benefits, and offer solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Achieve sales goals by understanding the market and customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive oils, lubricants, or parts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
