Build a schedule to suit your lifestyle in this established OBGYN practice located in the gorgeous central MN lakes region of Minnesota, named the #1 Best State for Physicians!

Position Overview:
Join an experienced group of OBGYNs, Family Medicine with OB, and APP support - mentorship available!
14 patients per day in the clinic - Never pushed based on quantity of patients seen
Design your dream schedule with 80 personal days per year
7 days of C-Section call per month; Average of 5-6 deliveries per month
Practice in a state where physicians can provide the full spectrum of reproductive health care

Compensation & Benefits:
Flexible compensation structure that values your years of experience, not how many patients you see. Physicians with experience will receive a base guarantee/call compensation/profit sharing of $573K annually
Total First Year package of up to $735K in the first year with a generous sign-on bonus, housing assistance, and unheard of Employer 401k Contributions of 20%
