Position: Remote and/or In-Person Teletherapy Clinician (must be licensed in Michigan)
Location: Remote or in-person in the Livonia, MI area

We are seeking licensed clinicians with expertise in a variety of specialties to provide exceptional care to our clients. Specialties include but are not limited to:

Substance abuse counseling
Marriage and family therapy
Group therapy
Sexual health counseling
Trauma-informed care
LGBTQ+ counseling
Child therapy (including Autism)
Adolescent LGBTQ+ therapy
End-of-life counseling
Depression and anxiety treatment
Grief counseling
Geriatric therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Strength-based counseling
Motivational Interviewing
Solution-Focused Therapy
Mindfulness practices
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Psychoanalytic therapy
Behavioral and cognitive therapy
Humanistic therapy
Integrative and holistic therapy, and more!
Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate therapy and support to patients and their families
Conduct thorough assessments to determine the psychosocial needs of patients
Develop and implement personalized care plans based on individual patient needs and goals
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care
Assist patients and families in accessing community resources and support services
Provide counseling and emotional support in a variety of settings
Advocate for patients' rights to ensure they receive the care they deserve
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and progress
Supervise and provide guidance to limited license medical social workers (LMSWs)
Meet regularly with LMSWs to review their progress and provide support
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
Therapy license (preferred)
Experience in medical social work or therapy (preferred)
Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
Licensed to practice in Michigan
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
