:Laboratory Technicians perform tests on blood and body fluids to determine the presence or absence of disease, monitor response to treatment and aid in health maintenance (with the assistance of Medical Technologists/Medical Laboratory Scientists). Identifies and interprets test results and reports to the appropriate clinician.Education: ▪ Required: Associates Degree OR completion of an accredited MLT Program Experience: ▪ Preferred: 1 Year experience in a laboratory Skills: ▪ Strong analytical/problem solving skills. ▪ Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
