What You'll Do
Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems using blueprints and work instructions.
Use hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment to secure parts.
Fit, trim, and align components to meet specifications.
Inspect finished assemblies for quality and functionality.
Collaborate with welders, painters, and other production staff.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Skills
Experience in mechanical or heavy equipment assembly.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and standing for long periods.
Skilled with hand and power tools.
Manufacturing or general labor experience preferred.

Work Schedule
First Shift:5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (typically 10-hour shifts - Overtime after the shift)
Overtime: Occasional Saturdays
Industrial setting with heavy machinery, welding, and hydraulic systems. PPE required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lindenwood, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
