Position: Sustainability Project Manager The Sustainability Project Manager will be responsible for managing major sustainability, energy-efficiency, and climate resilience projects within multifamily developments. This role involves overseeing projects from conception through construction and lease-up, guiding sustainability and resilience goals for existing and new communities. Reporting to the Vice President, Strategy and Sustainability, the Project Manager will collaborate with the Real Estate Development and Asset Management teams. The role includes managing project execution, including entitlement, financing, and construction, working closely with government agencies, lenders, partners, and consultants.
