ATG Group is a modern entertainment company based in Los Angeles with divisions across Media, Music, Talent, and Ventures. ATG Media , our digital and influencer marketing division, partners with artists, creators, and brands to deliver campaigns that move culture and drive measurable results.

Summary

The Marketing Assistant provides foundational support across the ATG Media team. This role assists with campaign execution, responds to client and internal requests, manages creator outreach and discovery, and helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This is an ideal position for someone early in their career who wants to learn influencer marketing, digital strategy, and campaign operations in a fast-moving environment.

ATGs expected annualized range for this position is currently $40,000 - $50,000 USD. Actual rate will vary based on multiple factors including location, education, experience, and other factors permitted by law. The listed salary range is but one component of ATGs total compensation and benefits available to its employees. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S., and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Key Responsibilities


Campaign Execution & Support


  • Assist in the setup, coordination, and tracking of influencer and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Help circulate briefs, collect drafts, monitor deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organize creative assets, links, screenshots, and campaign documentation.
  • Support team members with reporting by gathering metrics, pulling platform data, and formatting report materials.


Client Support
  • Help respond to client needs by relaying updates, gathering information, and supporting follow-up requests.
  • Track changes, feedback, and approvals to ensure clients always have a clear view of progress.
  • Maintain organized communication logs and assist in preparing agendas or updates for client calls.


Team & Department Support
  • Provide general administrative and operational support across the department.
  • Keep databases, trackers, and shared folders organized and up to date.
  • Assist Coordinators, Managers, and Executives with tasks that improve workflow and visibility.
  • Help troubleshoot small blockers in day-to-day processes.


Creator Discovery & Outreach
  • Research and identify creators that align with campaign goals, niches, and audience targets.
  • Assist with outreach to influencers for rates, availability, deliverables, and onboarding steps.
  • Maintain organized lists of potential creators and update internal rosters regularly.
  • Monitor trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms to surface new talent.


Qualifications & Experience
  • 01+ year of experience in marketing, influencer work, social media, or entertainment (internships count).
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working across email, chat, and internal tools.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X).
  • Ability to multitask and stay on top of shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
