Maintenance Supervisor

Title: Maintenance Supervisor 
Location:  Cincinnati, OH, Zip: 45241
Salary: $100,000- $125,000/year 

Schedule: Mon-Fri,10p-6:30a

Founded in the early 1900s we are a mid-sized wholesale provider of commercial and industrial flooring solutions. Our headcount has increased over 10% the past 2 years as we continue to expand our product line and gain market share in our space.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities on the 3rd shift to ensure timely and effective repairs.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and workflows for the team.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify issues and prioritize repairs.
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Manage and track maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety within the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and systems.
• Familiarity with pneumatic systems and industrial maintenance best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
