Bilingual Spanish Maintenance Supervisor
Location: West Hollywood / Santa Monica (Support for Malibu as needed)

Job Summary:

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

At least 5 years hands-on experience with building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or lead role managing teams and vendors.

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required).

Strong customer service skills, especially in luxury environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily maintenance operations and respond promptly to tenant needs.

Coordinate work orders, preventative maintenance, and repairs.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality service.

Support capital projects and maintain inventory/supplies.
