The Licensed Mental Health Therapist engages in providing psychotherapy and medication management while working flexibly, either remotely or in-person. This role supports mental health clinicians with insurance credentialing, billing, and marketing assistance to help grow their practices. Ideal candidates hold a Master's level license and have a commitment to improving access and affordability in mental healthcare.

Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT)

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
