Role: Junior Graphic & Web Designer (Contractor)
Engagement: Contractor

Rate: $40–$60 /hr (or project-based at our discretion)
What You’ll Do
Design marketing assets: Create on-brand graphics for web, email, and social channels (banners, ads, icons, etc.).
Build and maintain landing pages: Implement and update pages exclusively in Webflow or Framer—no hand-offs.
Evolve our style guide: Expand and document brand colors, typography, and UI components.
Iterate rapidly: Incorporate feedback and deliver polished visuals on tight timelines.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years’ experience in graphic design with mandatory Webflow or Framer proficiency.
Strong portfolio showcasing polished digital design (ads, web mockups, social graphics).
Expert in Figma (or equivalent).
Detail-oriented with exceptional taste and design sensibility.
Fast-moving: Thrives under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Collaborative communicator: Clear, proactive, and receptive to feedback.
Potential to move to a full-time role.
