Our agency celebrates its 5th anniversary on April 1, 2025, but Ive been with State Farm since 2012. I lead a team of six and were moving into a beautiful new building in March 2025. We offer flexible hours, personalized training, competitive pay with commissions and bonuses, PTO, a 401K match, and snacks. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and am passionate about giving back. We support the homeless with clothing drives, partner with the local YMCA for kids' programs, and sponsor events like the Lafayette Music Fest. Our office culture is collaborative, fun, and supportive. We celebrate wins, birthdays, and holidays while building a team that works hard and enjoys each others company.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• This is an in office position in Lafayette, Colorado.
