Inbound Customer Service Representative | Fort Myers, FL

The ideal candidate will have some customer service experience, such as in a retail, restaurant, or call center environment.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Pay: $17.48 per hour (with a pay increase upon permanent hire)

We're seeking detail-oriented and organized representatives to join our team for a large healthcare provider in Lee County. The ideal candidate can multitask effectively, communicate with empathy, and actively listen to support customers.

Training Details:

• Training provided; hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• 4-weeks of full-time, day shift training (paid at your full pay rate) before being placed on the call center floor to work independently

Job Description:

• Answer inbound calls
• Look up information and assist customers with various inquiries
• This will be in a large team environment, and you will have your own office workspace in an office setting for a large healthcare provider in Lee County
• Temp-to-perm opportunities

Job Requirements for Customer Service Rep:
