In addition, this position will support various faculty activities within the department. This position will provide oversight and management of the fellowship programs, including accreditation support, HR management, compliance with all policies and procedures, and support for faculty needs. It will also provide cross coverage of our residency program coordinator and other administrative staff. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for fellowship and residency programs. Oversee and manage fellowship programs, including accreditation support, HR management, and compliance with policies and procedures. Support faculty needs within the department. Provide cross coverage for residency program coordinator and other administrative staff. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Database management Time management Attention to detail Organization Communication skills Preferred Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree with 3 or more years of experience in Graduate Medical Education preferred. Education background preferred.
