Newman Roofing is seeking a reliable Gutter Installation Supervisor to help oversee daily residential gutter installation projects. This is an entry-level leadership role – perfect for someone who is responsible, motivated, and eager to learn in the construction industry. We’ll provide training on our standards and installation processes.

What You’ll Do

• On-Time & Reliable : Arrive each day ready to lead your crew and represent Newman Roofing.
• Crew Oversight : Supervise installation teams to ensure gutters are installed to Newman’s quality standards.
• Customer Communication : Be the main point of contact for homeowners, answering questions and providing updates.
• Job Site Standards : Ensure clean-up is done properly and the job site is left in excellent condition.
• Learning & Growth : Be open to training, coaching, and learning the trade while developing leadership skills.

• Reliability : Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
• Customer Service : Friendly and professional communication with homeowners.
• Willingness to Learn : Construction experience is preferred, but not required – we’ll train the right person.
• Team Leadership : Ability to guide and support crew members.
• Physical Ability : Comfortable working outdoors in different weather and able to lift/carry materials up to 80lbs.
• Driver’s License : Valid license and clean driving record required.
• Background Check : All candidates must successfully pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
