Job Title: Dispatcher Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our HVAC team. In this role, you will assist with calls from both commercial and household clients, ensuring smooth operations and communication. You will handle tracking orders, providing project updates, and routing consumer calls to technicians. Additionally, you will support the order entry team during slower periods.
Responsibilities - Assist the HVAC team with inbound and outbound calls.
- Handle commercial calls related to tracking orders and providing project updates.
- Route consumer calls to technicians for issue resolution.
- Support the order entry team when call volume is low.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure they have their schedules and commitments aligned.
Essential Skills - Proficient in dispatch operations.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience in roles such as bartenders or servers is beneficial.
- Stable work history without frequent job changes.
Work Environment The position is fully on-site from Monday to Friday, with an end time that can be either 5 or 6 PM depending on the week, as the schedule rotates among team members. The team comprises nine members in the office, with five dedicated to dispatching. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
