We are seeking dependable Fire Watch Technicians and Team Leaders to provide 24/7 fire watch coverage for our client at a solar panel manufacturing construction site in White, GA. This is a precautionary safety assignment due to inactive sprinkler systems during HVAC installation. Ideal candidates will have previous fire watch experience and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe environment. Hourly Rate: Local Candidates (within 50 miles): $44-$50/hr (based on role and experience) Overtime: Paid after 40 hours/week (56 hours scheduled weekly) Completion Bonus: $150/Month Schedule: 7 days per week | 8-hour shifts (1-hour lunch) | 56 hours/week Project Scope Personnel will oversee fire watch activities for electrical and mechanical contractors during the construction of a solar panel manufacturing facility. Due to ceiling-mounted HVAC installations, the sprinkler system will be temporarily shut down, requiring continuous fire monitoring as a preventative safety measure (note: this is not a hot work assignment). Qualifications
