Financial Analyst (41069)

Our client is an organization in the Ozaukee County area looking for a Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and has excellent interpersonal skills. The salary for this position is $70k - $90k.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform detailed financial analysis of property financials, including income statements, balance sheet, cash flow statements, etc.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess profitability and support the organization’s strategic planning.
• Track cost trends & communicate data efficiently with proper departments.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for property related expenses.
• Contribute to exploring new processes & automations to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Financial Analyst will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelors Degree required.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience. Real estate experience is a plus.
• Yardi Experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
