InGenesis is currently seeking a Data Entry Operator 2 to work with our client. In this role, you will operate data entry or data verification equipment to check for accuracy, sufficiency of data, and make corrections or adjustments as needed. As well as performing clerical tasks related to data processing.

Job Duties

• Operates keyboard on data entry equipment (e.g., key to disk, tape or card, video display terminal).
• Operates electric typewriter.
• Proofreads materials, documents, and recognizes errors and makes corrections as needed.
• Files, distributes, and mails output.
• Codes and totals data
• Maintains entry logs, sorts, and files.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of training or experience in the use of data entry equipment
• Must have minimum of 10,000 net keystrokes per hour on an alpha numeric keyboard.
• -Or 4 months of experience as Data Entry Operator 1.

*May work evening or night shift; work involves operation of data entry equipment for long periods of time including exposure to constant, low-level noise.
