Customer Support Specialist - Remote | $19/hr + Uncapped Commission | M-F, No Weekends! Ready to ditch the weekend shift and join a fast-paced team where your hustle gets rewarded? You'll be the voice of Clearwave Fiber, helping customers with billing questions, service updates, payments, account management, and non-pay disconnects. This is a high-volume, remote position where quick thinking, ownership, and top-notch communication matter.
About the Role: - Full-time, fully remote position
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (must be fully available during these hours)
- Starting Pay: $19/hr (non-negotiable) + uncapped commission
- Fast-paced, back-to-back calls in a high-volume environment
- You'll use multiple systems including Salesforce and internal platforms
- Must be confident working independently while following company policies and meeting performance metrics

...then you'll fit right in with our team. What You'll Do: - Own every customer interaction-calls, chats, and emails-and turn issues into solutions
- Support billing inquiries, service changes, payments, disconnects, and collections
- Educate customers on services, statements, upgrades, and self-service options
- De-escalate challenging conversations and set clear follow-up expectations
- Accurately enter data into CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and follow through
- Thrive in a metrics-driven environment focused on quality, speed, and service
- Collaborate across teams to ensure the best customer experience possible
- Stay engaged with admin functions between calls that keep operations running smooth
Requirements
What You'll Bring: - High School Diploma or GED (required)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Full availability during M-F, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong math and communication skills with an attention to detail
- A sense of urgency to deliver efficient, high-quality support
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and multi-screen systems
- A quiet, dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet
- A positive, team-first attitude with a strong work ethic
