🎯 About the Role

As a Social Content Creator, youll help shape the voice and visual identity of beloved brands through bold, trend-driven content. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media , enjoys being both behind and in front of the camera , and has a strong eye for design and editing.

Youll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling, platform-native content that sparks engagement and builds community.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (90%)

• Concept, shoot, and edit original social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook .
• Appear on camera in branded videos, reels, and posts.
• Design static graphics and visual assets aligned with brand identity and current trends.
• Collaborate with creative and brand teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
• Monitor social trends and emerging formats to inform future content.
• Analyze performance data to optimize engagement and impact.

Content Coordination (10%)

• Support sourcing and curation of user-generated (UGC) and employee-generated (EGC) content.
• Assist in managing content banks and external creative deliverables.

🧩 Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience creating social media content for brands, agencies, or startups.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite , Canva , and CapCut (or similar editing tools).
• Proven ability to plan, produce, and edit engaging visual and video content.
• Excellent understanding of platform best practices, trends, and audience behavior.
• Confident on-camera presence and ability to represent brand tone authentically.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Must be based in the Greater Chicago Area (remote/hybrid model).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience using social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred).
• Previous work in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or agency environments.
• Experience in community management or influencer collaborations.
