3rd generation Roofing Contractor and a leader in the Commercial Roofing Industry within the New England Region. We are recruiting an in-house Sr. Level Commercial Roofing Estimator/Project Manager who is results-oriented, confident, diligent, & detail-oriented. Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Overview:

• Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely estimates based on architectural drawings, field take-offs, and/or site visits
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of the commercial roofing industry and construction processes
• Customer & Vendor relations
• Participate in pre and ongoing construction meetings through project close-out
• Negotiate contractual agreements with senior management and ensure timely procurement
• Provide ongoing support to team members to ensure total client satisfaction
• Material sourcing and evaluations
• Respond to RFI's

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience
• Live within 15 miles of Lynn, MA
• Ability to resolve complex and challenging concerns to conclusion
• Diligent review of architectural drawings & specifications
• Experience in producing detailed estimates
• Proficient in Take-off software and MS Office 365 suite
